First off, how does it work?
Anytime you get a cut or a scrape your body quickly scabs and heals itself. The protein responsible for this quick healing is called collagen. Microneedling takes this natural healing method that your body already has in place and twists it to your advantage.
By using incredibly tiny needles to make microscopic holes in the skin, it triggers the bodies natural collagen response. Now don't worry, your face isn't going to scab or anything that extreme, but it may get a bit red at first.
