Ingredients

  • 9 g roughly chopped Blupleurum root (Chai Hu)

  • 9 g roughly chopped Chinese Angelica Root (Dang Gui)

  • 9 g roughly chopped White Peony root (Bai Shao)

  • 9 g roughly chopped Atractylodes (Bai Zhu)

  • 9 g roughly chopped Poria (Fu Ling)

  • 6 g roughly chopped Honey Fried Licorice Root (Zhi Gan Cao)

  • 3 g roughly chopped Field Mint (Bo He)

  • 3 g roughly chopped Fresh Ginger (Sheng Jiang)**

**Not Included (optional)


Directions For Tea:

  • Combine Stress Blend contents, 3 slices of fresh ginger, and 6 cups water in a saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes.

  • Remove from heat, strain out, and set aside herbs. Place the herbs into a container to keep in the refrigerator.

  • Drink 6 oz daily.

  • The following week, reuse the herbs to repeat steps 1 through 3.
