Here are the highlights of the plan to minimize and reduce potential exposure when you choose to come in for an appointment.​

 

• The waiting room is open when we have front desk staff available. Please follow the front-door signage.

​

• The lobby door will remain locked when we do not have front desk staff working. There are Enter/Wait signs on the front window and front door.  When the sign says "WAIT" that is the indication that another client is still being helped. Please wait in your vehicle until the sign changes to "ENTER".​​​​​

• High-level disinfectant is used to clean all treatment areas, surfaces, and equipment between patients.​​​

​

• HEPA with UV air filters are running in treatment areas and the lobby.

 

 

Please reschedule your appointment if you have any of the following:

• Cold/flu symptoms

• Fever

• Cough

• New lack of taste/smell

• Known exposure to someone with (or presumed) Covid-19

• You or someone in your household is waiting for a Covid-19 test

• You have tested positive for Covid-19 (please call our office to determine when you can resume treatments)

Virtual Health appointments are still available if you are interested in that option. Virtual health appointments cover dietary/ lifestyle recommendations, herbal formulas, acupressure, ear seeds, qi gong, and tai chi training. These appointments can be phone calls or video calls. 

​
