Cancellation Policies

 

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
We require 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations to avoid being charged the late cancellation fee. The late cancellation fee is the full price of the appointment type (+tax) that you reserved.

In order to be respectful of other patients, please be courteous and call or text AcuHaus (952) 222-8158 promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment.

Please note:  In the case of a missed or late canceled New Patient Appointment (including Oncology or Fertility appointments) with less than 24 hours' notice, the no-show/late cancelation fee of $99+tax will be charged to the payment method on file.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

You may cancel your membership after the initial billing month. AcuHaus will need a 30-day notification to process your cancellation. Upon cancellation, any unused acupuncture sessions or other specials included with your membership will expire 90 days from the cancellation date.
